We use your data exclusively to facilitate the operations of the CampusFix platform. Specifically:

  • To verify your identity and campus affiliation during registration.
  • To process, route, and resolve complaints effectively.
  • To communicate updates regarding your complaints via email.
  • To maintain platform security and prevent abuse.

We have implemented robust security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, accessed in an unauthorized way, altered, or disclosed. This includes end-to-end HTTPS encryption, secure cryptographic sessions, CSRF protection, and strict XSS sanitization.

Complaint media hosted on third-party CDNs may be purged periodically to preserve storage.
